Fitness Tests
& Calculators
Use clear, interactive tools to explore selected body measurements and fitness information—then understand every result in context.
Start With The Right Question
Each calculator answers a different question. Choose one below, follow the instructions and read the explanation that accompanies your result.

BMI Calculator
Compare weight with height using standard adult BMI categories, while learning why the number cannot directly measure body fat, fitness or health.

Waist-To-Height Ratio
Learn where and how to measure your waist, compare it with your height and understand the result using current screening guidance.

One-Rep Max Calculator
Estimate your 1RM from a controlled working set, compare two recognised formulas and generate practical percentage-based training loads.

Body Circumference Tracker
Use an interactive athletic body map to locate each landmark, record consistent measurements and compare changes over time.
A Number Is A Starting Point
Online fitness tests and calculators can make measurements easier to understand. However, no single result describes your complete health, body composition or physical capacity. The useful question is not simply “What is my score?” but “What does this tool measure, what does it leave out and what should I do with the information?”
How to use these fitness tools
What these tools can do
- perform a defined calculation consistently;
- explain commonly used screening ranges and measurement landmarks;
- help you record the same type of measurement over time; and
- prompt better questions about training and individual context.
What they cannot do
- diagnose a medical condition;
- replace an individual assessment by a healthcare professional;
- determine whether exercise is safe or appropriate;
- measure strength, mobility, endurance or movement quality unless the specific test is designed for that purpose; or
- create a personalised training plan from one score.
Privacy and your measurements
The calculators in this library run inside your browser. The measurements you enter are not submitted to Carlotta Coach, stored in a database or added to a mailing list.
Using The Test Library
Are these fitness tests free?
Yes. The interactive tools currently available in this library can be used without payment or registration.
Are the results medical advice?
No. Results provide general information and should not be treated as a diagnosis, medical assessment or individual healthcare recommendation.
Does Carlotta Coach save my measurements?
No. The current tools calculate results inside your browser and do not submit the measurements you enter.
Which fitness tool should I use first?
Choose according to your question. BMI compares weight with height; waist-to-height ratio examines waist size relative to height; the 1RM calculator estimates strength-training loads; and the Body Circumference Tracker helps you record measurement changes over time.
